Bill Ren - CEO
As CEO, Bill Ren is responsible for driving the company's day-to-day operation, as well as the growth strategy for software and services. With over 20 years of experience in enterprise software, Ren brings a wide range of expertise and experiences to his role. Prior to Arigo, Ren led product development at ClearPoint Metrics, a market leader in enterprise security performance management. He co-founded venture-backed software startup, mValent (acquired by Oracle), where he established technical direction and built software for managing and monitoring application infrastructures. His diverse career began with IBM, Digital Equipment Corporation, and BowStreet.
Ren holds an MS in Computer Science and an MS in Physics both from Worcester Polytechnic Institute, as well as a BS in Electrical Engineering from Shanghai University. |

Edward C. Williams, III
Board Member, Brook Venture Partners
Ned Williams has spent a total of 20 years in private equity investing and has been responsible for dozens of rounds of financing in both early and expansion companies. Williams joined Brook Venture Partners in 1999 as a General Partner and member of the fund's Investment Committee. He is an active investor and serves on several of Brook's portfolio company board of directors, in both medical and information technology. Williams is a steering committee member of the Massachusetts Medical Device Development Center, which offers inventors and executives of the state's smaller medical device company's easy, affordable, and coordinated access to world-class researchers and resources. Williams is also an active member of the Executive Committee of the Northeast Regional Association of Small Business Investment Companies. Prior to joining Brook, Williams was a Managing Director at Saturn Asset Management, a Boston-based private equity firm. He was involved with all aspects of the firm's investment activities, including leading the financing on both Constant Contact (CTCT) and FreeMarkets Online, which closed on its first day of trading with a market capitalization in excess of 10 Billion dollars. Earlier in his career, Williams was with Morgan Stanley in New York City, where he was involved with over 25 Initial Public Offerings, including the Netscape IPO, as well as the spinout of Lucent Technologies from AT&T. |
