POSITION: Professional Services Consultant

Arigo is seeking a hands-on Professional Services Consultant to lead customer facing projects in the areas of new account deployments, upgrades, client-specific configuration. It is critical to the success of this role that the Professional Services Consultant has the ability to understand supply chain/global trade management business issues and map those business issues to the Arigo solutions and configuration capability. This person will be an expert in project management and deployment practices.

LOCATION: This position is headquartered in North Billerica, MA, a suburb of Boston, MA.

COMPENSATION: Compensation is competitive and includes base, bonus, stock options, 401k, and full benefits package.

MANAGEMENT STYLE/CORPORATE CULTURE: This position reports directly to the VP of Products. The ideal candidate is someone who is entrepreneurial and self-motivated. This person must be a pragmatic team player, who can understand and support the overall corporate plan and resources, communicate clearly and honestly with customers, the sales force, and with his/her team, keep all parties informed of status, and know when to ask for help.
