POSITION: Software Engineers (all levels)

Arigo is seeking Software Engineers at all levels to perform the following tasks:

• Lead/participate in the design and implementation of our industry leading application using Java and Web 2.0 technology
• Work collaboratively with the development team both in US and SuZhou, China
• Work with product management and user interface designer to define the next-generation product features

• Requirements vary with positions: we are looking for candidates from new graduate to 10+ years of large scale, full software product life-cycle development experience
• Experience in using and developing in Java and J2EE, including Servlets, JSP, JSR-286 Portlets, relational database (Oracle, DB2, MySQL, SQL Server)
• Strong knowledge of Web 2.0, (X)HTML, DOM, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX, cross-browser compatibility issues and client-side performance optimization
• Ability to leverage open source software and write reusable, clean and efficient code
• Working knowledge of application servers (Websphere, Apache Tomcat, jBoss)
• Familiarity with Linux, Windows, virtualization technology
• Self-starter/prior startup experience a big plus

LOCATION: This position is headquartered in North Billerica, MA, a suburb of Boston, MA. Working remotely is not an option.

COMPENSATION: Compensation is negotiable depending on candidate's experience. Compensation includes base salary, bonus, stock options, 401k, and a full benefits package.
